(17:00) San Juan Bautista- Wildlife Emergency Services is offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest regarding the death of a red-tail hawk shot near San Justo Road in San Juan Bautista. The hawk was transported to a Wildlife Hospital, but did not survive its injury. Wildlife Emergency Services is seeking the public’s help in the investigation of the death of the federally protected bird-the killing of which is a federal crime.
