A project to widen shoulders and upgrade the guardrails on Highway 68 starts today (Tues). The work takes place from west of Bishop Avenue to just east of the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP). Motorists can expect delays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm through Friday.
