A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with harassing a teenager. William Reynolds has been identified as the man who harassed the 17-year-old girl two separate times, once near Monterey High School October 1st, and the other while she was walking in Seaside. Reynolds was booked into Monterey County Jail on charges of stalking, child endangerment, and contacting a minor with intent to commit a sex act.
