A convicted sex offender and the owner of a Salinas security firm is under arrest for allegedly groping an employee during a training session.
According to Salinas police, Salvador Mondragon had the 18-year-old victim disrobe, so he could show him how to do a strip search and then he groped the teen in an inappropriate and sexual manner.
Mondragon was convicted on the same offense in 20-14. Salinas police are asking any other potential victims to contact them
