Human remains in the Salinas River near Greenfield are believed to of a missing DUI crash victim. The skull and other bones discovered on Friday about a mile from where 33 year old Jullian Lopez and 2 relatives were struck by a car and thrown into a storm swollen river, will now under go testing to determine if they are the remains of Lopez who has been missing since the February 2017tradgedy. The driver 23 year old Nicanor de Jesus Sanchez leaded guilty to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and causing great bodily injury to multiple victims and has been sentenced to prison
