A Greenfield man was arrested Saturday afternoon after leading law enforcement on a vehicle pursuit. Officials say 29-year-old Pedro Elizondo did not stop when deputies attempted to pull him over on Central Avenue in King City. Elizondo continued on northbound Highway 101 before crashing into a tractor at the Oak Avenue exit in Greenfield. The suspect fled on foot before being caught by a Soledad police officer. Elizondo was found in possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
