Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a non-fatal shooting near Greenfield. Shortly before 10 a.m., Friday, officers responded to a report of a shooting on Highway 101 near Thorne Road. At the scene deputies found a driver suffering from at least one gun shot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital. It’s believed that the man was shot from another car on the highway.
