Due to numerous recent sightings of sharks, some of which have been Great White Sharks, advisory signs have been posted from Rio Del Mar Beach down to Hidden Beach. Although shark experts say these juvenile sharks are primarily vegetarian at this age, it’s always a good idea to be respectful of sharks.
People can expect to see more sharks as the Spring and Summer progresses. That’s because of the warmer weather and the ocean currents.
