a man is being sought who is accused of attempting to kidnap a young girl in gilroy tuesday. witnesses saw a man driving a black and white honda accord pull over on the 7600 block of miller avenue and ask a young girl to get into his car. when the girl refused, the suspect opened the door and asked again. the girl ran home and got away safely. gilroy police are ENCOURAGING anyone who has seen this vehicle or saw the incident to contact the gilroy police department.
