A Greenfield man was arrested this afternoon in connection with last month’s alleged kidnapping and robbery in Soledad. Jose Luis Mendez Rojas is believed to have kidnapped another man at gunpoint, and then robbed and beaten him. Rojas was booked into Monterey county jail.
