A re-worked plan (to construct farmworker housing in Greenfield) has been presented to city leaders. The project has been reduced from about 160 housing units, to 100 units and (if approved) would be constructed in 2 phases. The developer says that the smaller number of housing units will allow them to include some commercial development near the intersection of 3rd Street and Walnut Avenue, as was already planned by the city.
