The Greenfield City Council plans to hold (is holding) a Special meeting tonight. Council members expect to consider providing $10-million to support the potential construction of a South County courthouse in Greenfield. Back in 2010, the city was promised a courthouse, but the funding fell through. Now there’s funding, and a 4-acre property has been donated for that purpose. Tonight’s City Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
