The Watsonville man who died New Year’s Eve, when he was hit while running across Highway 1 north of 41st Avenue, will be laid to rest today. 38 year-old Roberto Garcia’s funeral will be held at Iglesia Nueva Vida Church in Aptos starting at 1 p.m…..followed by his burial at Valley Public Cemetery.
Visitation was held yesterday.
