A 20 year-old man was arrested recently after he was found to have an un-registered loaded firearm in his vehicle during a traffic stop. Cesar Garcia was out on bail on a firearms charge out of Soledad, when he was arrested this week in Salinas. He now faces charges from gang member in possession of a firearm…to committing a new felony while on bail. Garcia was booked into Monterey County Jail.
