THIS LAW HELPS TO PROVIDE THE STATUTORY CLARITY NEEDED TO ENSURE FOSTER YOUTH MEET ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS. THE LAW TAKES EFFECT JANUARY 1, 2014.
