Good news and bad for “fast fashion” fans around Monterey Bay. “Forever 21,” which announced its bankruptcy over the weekend, will close its Salinas and Monterey stores. That’s the bad news.
The good news is that stores in Santa Cruz and Gilroy should remain open.
