Five northern California counties are under an emergency declaration by Governor Gavin Newsom. It’s the worst flooding in 20 years.
The emergency proclamation extends to Amador, Glenn, Lake, Mendocino and Sonoma county. The governor says the emergency declaration will help the drenched communities recover from flooding, mudslides and damage to infastructure.
