A man is being sought after exposing himself to two women in Santa Cruz Friday afternoon during broad daylight. Officers responded to a report of lewd conduct at around 1:30 at Lincoln and Washington streets. The victims fled to a nearby home where a male witness chased the man from the area. The man was described as mid to late 20’s, with blond hair and blue eyes, 5-feet-10-inches tall, weighing 180 pounds wearing a black beanie cap, gray flannel shirt and black pants. Police ask anyone who sees the person matching this description to call 9-1-1.
