A Watsonville man was arrested after he was found to be in possession of 11-hundred pounds of illegal fireworks. 30 year-old Edgar Narez was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. People are reminded that ALL fireworks are illegal in the unincorporated portions of Santa Cruz county, and that people are encouraged to ‘leave the fireworks to the professionals’.
