Fines To Be Paid 10/23/19A 06:56 S.S.

The  owners  (and  operators)  of  a  100  year-old  Pacific  Grove  building  will  pay  for  violating  asbestos-related  laws  and  regulations.     They’ll  be  paying  $475,000.     The  Holman  building  is  in  the  process  of  being  converted  to  condominiums.
