A WORKSHOP IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN NEXT WEEK, FOR TEENS WHO WOULD LIKE TO LEARN FILM-MAKING. THE 5-WEEK FREE PROGRAM IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE AT THE JOHN STEINBECK LIBRARY ON LINCOLN AVENUE IN SALINAS. THE ART OF STORYBOARDING, SCRIPT- WRITING, FILMING, AND EDITING ARE ALL SCHEDULED TO BE COVERED IN THE 5:30 TO 8 P.M. TUESDAY EVENING WORKSHOPS, THAT RUN FROM JULY 10TH THROUGH AUGUST 7TH.
Although these classes are free, the equipment is limited, and so teens will get accepted into the program on a first-come first-served basis.
