A Felton woman who had been missing since November 24th has been found alive. 59-year-old Debra Collins was located by hikers in the Santa Cruz Mountains, in the Fall Creek Park area. Collins was found on Saturday, the day before her 59th birthday. She was reportedly delirious and possibly suffering from hypothermia at the time. Her rescue from the rugged terrain took about 5-hours.
