A man convicted of murder, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. 38-year-old Cesar Hernandez pleaded guilty, to the 2006 murder of 51-year-old Stephen Cline at a Felton halfway house. Prosecutors say Hernandez stabbed Cline following an argument about a cigarette. Hernandez has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
