Felton-Empire Road was closed for a while today as crews worked to recover a tree-cutting truck. The truck went over an embankment and down a cliff when the driver pulled it too far off the road to let another truck go by. Neither the driver, nor the passenger, in the upside-down truck suffered any serious injuries.
