It’s unknown how long it will be before gasoline will be sold at the Felton Chevron. That’s because water somehow got into the pumps during the storms in January, and the owner has been told he’ll have to wait for the groundwater level to drop before he can get the system watertight once again. The Felton Chevron station is reportedly the only gas station in Santa Cruz county affected this way.
