A Felton woman is back behind bars after spending time in jail several years ago for identity theft. 40-year old Rachel McGuire was arrested Wednesday from her home on Felton Empire Road at around 5 p.m. while officers were investigating tips received over suspected drug activity. MCGuire and 51-year old Lonnie Geist were arrested on multiple charges including suspicion of possessing stolen property and drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of drugs and a probation violation. McGuire pleaded guilty to identity theft and other charges in 2002 in Santa Cruz County, and served prison time for that conviction.
