Two people were arrested in Salinas last night, after a loaded, sawed-off shotgun was found in their vehicle. The 28-year-old driver, Selina Torrez, was unlicensed and had two misdemeanor warrants; while the passenger, 30-year-old Wilberto Cervantes, is a convicted felon and gan associate. Both were booked into Monterey County Jail.
