(07:35) Santa Cruz – A felon was arrested recently after he was caught with burglary tools and pepper spray in Santa Cruz. David Giambruno was spotted behind King’s Paint on Soquel Drive and 41st Avenue. Deputies reported the Giambruno is currently on probation for robbery. During a search Giambruno, deputies found pepper spray and burglary tools. He was booked into Santa Cruz County jail.
