(08:50) Monterey – A man was arrested this week for selling marijuana and being a felon in possession of firearms. The Monterey County Sheriff’s investigators conducted a probation compliance search on 17000 block of Chianti Lane. Deputies found Joel Ruiz in possession firearms, ammunition and marijuana for sales. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
