((07:00) Santa Cruz County – Both southbound lanes on Highway 17 are open. One southbound lane is being used for northbound traffic. The Northbound lanes of Highway 17 at Vine Hill Road are expected to remain closed for at least another day (due to a large mud, dirt and rock slide).
