(08:50) Santa Cruz County – The National weather service in the San Francisco bay area has issued a flash flood warning for central Santa Cruz County until 3:30 today. The San Lorenzo River in Felton is rapidly rising and is expected to rise above flood stage later today. Some locations that will experience flooding include: Paradise Park, Felton Grove, Tannery Arts Center, and other low lying areas near the river. Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate precautions to protect life and property.
