(16:48) MONTEREY – No one was injured when a small plane’s landing gear failed when the plane touched down at Monterey Regional Airport on Friday. The v-tailed, single engine, Beechcraft Bonanza’s nose gear collapsed on the runway. Airport staff, police and fire personnel worked together to respond to the accident, and get the pilot and the plane safely off the runway.
