(11:00) Santa Cruz County – Over the weekend crews continued to clean up and prepare for future storms on Highway 17. One northbound lane between Laurel Road and Glenwood Drive will be closed from 6 p.m. until 5 a.m. everyday. Caltrans said the closure is necessary to allow for structural reinforcement of the highway. Road work is expected to be complete by this Friday.
