(06:57) SANTA CRUZ – A man was arrested in Santa Cruz early Thursday morning after failing to report to the probation department. 49-year-old Daniel McCrea was on probation for child endangerment. Deputies found McCrea on the 2200 block of Portola Drive after responding to a report of a suspicious person. McCrea was detained and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
