(16:37)SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Police Department is holding a ceremony to honor its slain officers. Today (Fri) is the official day of remembrance for Butch Baker and Elizabeth Butler. The officers were killed in the line of duty three years ago. The ceremony will be broadcast over police radios for on-duty officers. A public ceremony is planned by the take back Santa Cruz organization.
