(08:13) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Salinas man has been sentenced for possessing a methamphetamine pipe. In November 2015, 57-year-old David Chatten was pulled over after being caught driving the wrong way down a one-way street. A meth pipe was found at his feet. Chatten was convicted this week and sentenced to 45 days in county jail and three years probation. (S.G.)
