(08:27) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A Santa Cruz County organization Habitat for Humanity has launched a pilot program aiming to assist low-income senior homeowners. Volunteers with the My House My Home program would build an accessory dwelling unit on the senior’s property, which would enable the senior to downsize and turn their main house into a rental.
