(07:42) SANTA CRUZ – A woman was arrested in Santa Cruz Tuesday on suspicion of theft. Deputies were patrolling the Live Oak area when they spotted Emily Duncan, who had multiple warrants out for her arrest. Duncan was apprehended and a search of her car recovered a number of stolen items, including an SLR camera. The camera was returned to its owner and Duncan was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
