(18:30) SCOTTS VALLEY – There was a brief lockdown at Scotts Valley High School this morning, after a student brought a science project in to school in a rifle bag, and then left the empty rifle bag on campus. The student was identified and questioned, and he admitted that using the rifle bag to carry his experiment was a “stupid idea”. The lockdown was lifted shortly thereafter.
