(08:40) San Jose – San Jose city officials declared a local emergency yesterday after Coyote Creek overflowed. Nearly 200 people were rescued by boat from chest-high water. Highway 101 between Morgan Hill and San Jose is closed due to the flooding. We will keep the public updated as more information becomes available.
