(09:00) Salinas – Salinas Police arrested 4 people in connection to a shooting. The incident took place in April of 2016 on the 2100 block of North Main Street in Salinas. Police reported that 4 men approached a group of men, outside a home, and began shooting. One person was shot multiple times, but survived. Yesterday investigators served search warrants for 20-year-old Michael Ray Serrano, 26-year-old Juan Carlos Ceja, 20-year-old Fausto Samuel Arellano and 37-year-old Miguel Angel Zendejas. All four were arrested and charged with attempted murder and gang enhancements
