(17:10) WATSONVILLE – An incident that took place around 2:15 p-m this afternoon in Watsonville led to a lockdown at a nearby school. Freedom Elementary School was locked down for about an hour, after a man was reportedly waving a loaded shotgun nearby (on the 200 block of Ross Avenue).
