(16:31) HALF MOON BAY- A Santa Cruz man is the winner of the Titans of Mavericks surf competition. 26 year old Nic Lamb out performed the competion to win the event. Four of the top six surfers are Californians. Tyler Fox of Aptos took fourth place.
