(06:49) SANTA CRUZ – A man was arrested in Santa Cruz Thursday night on drug-related charges. Deputies were dispatched to Winkle Park following a report of a disturbance. At the scene, deputies contacted 39-year-old Steven Lopes, who was spotted in the area of Howe Street and Winkle Avenue. Lopes was found in possession of drugs for sale. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
