Bay area tech giant Facebook got a slap on the wrist from the European union.
The E-U’s highest court ruled yesterday that member countries can force Facebook to remove what they consider “unlawful content” from the network.
While Facebook already removes posts and photos if a country considers the content unlawful… the latest ruling means the content would have to removed globally.
