A 40 year-old man was shot and killed last night, and another man was wounded in that same shooting. 40 year-old Noel David Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene on the 800 block of South Street, while a 34 year-old friend underwent emergency surgery after the shooting and was listed in critical condition thereafter. A tan pick-up truck, and a white sedan, were possibly involved in the 9 p.m. Sunday night shooting in Hollister.
