The victim of a fatal Hollister plane crash on Thanksgiving day, has been identified. The 6:35 a.m. crash occurred just outside of the Hollister Municipal Airport, near the intersection of Shore Road and Highway-25. The 28-year old pilot, Benjamin Glottstein, of Syndey Australia, was the only person on board. Glottstein died by the time responders arrived. The plane was headed from Hollister to Australia, with a stop planned in Hawaii. As of late last week, the cause of the incident was still under investigation.
