A 27 year-old Moss Landing man has been arrested in connection with a fatal Saturday night accident. The vehicle-pedestrian hit-and-run took place in Pajaro near Salinas Road (north of Elkhorn Road). Ricardo Javier Manzo is believed to have been Driving Under The Iitnfluence at the time of the crash. He was booked into Monterey County Jail. Anyone who witnessed the 10:20 p.m. Saturday night incident is encouraged to contact the C.H.P.
