1  person  suffered  fatal  injuries  in  a  crash   on  Seabright  Avenue   in  Santa  Cruz   early  this  morning.    a  dog  was  also  injured  in  the  1 a.m.  accident.      the  roadway  is  reportedly  still  closed  between  Broadway  and  Windsor.
