A fatal accident occurred this morning on Highway 25 near Bolsa Road. The 7:30 a.m. crash took place as a semi-truck was trying to leave a compost plant, and was hit by a cement truck. A hard closure was put in place between Bloomfield and Bolsa Roads on Highway 25, so the accident could be investigated, and the roadway could be cleared.
